Meinl Artisan Edition tambourine, AE-CMTA3B
A very high quality tambourine. The sound is airy and clear. The bells are forged brass. The brass sounds with a warm and big resonance. The body of Artisan tambourines is made of maple (9 layers) and the handle is shaped for the hand. The AE-CMTA3B model has three rows of bells. Their narrower-than-normal holes in the body facilitate accurate playing.
