The Schecter C-7 SLS Elite is a well-finished and well-thought-out 7-string electric guitar with no frills. Its Fishman Fluence microphones work with push-pull Potentiometers so that in the lower position the sound is a normal humbucker tone, in the upper position the sound is closer to a single-coil, although without the hum of half-coil, when it comes to active electronics. The neck thru construction and the neck placement that guarantees smooth access to the upper frets ensure that the solos are played and there is enough sustain.
