A very versatile cymbal. Dry attack followed by a multifaceted and dark sound. Forge by hand especially deep and wide. This way the ride sound gets a ringing and musical low frequency throughout. There's just the right amount of mass to keep the band moving, but also thin enough to act as a crash. Great for mallets as well.

Foundry Reserve cymbals are handcrafted at the Meinl factory in Turkey. The work is demanding and slow. Therefore, the availability of all models is very limited.
